I am a certified fitness coach with more than fifteen years of experience, and I have devoted my life to understanding, practicing, and sharing everything movement can offer. My career has taken me through a wide range of training environments — from high-end boutique studios to more traditional fitness gyms. This diversity has allowed me to work with every type of client, from complete beginners to advanced athletes, and even individuals preparing for physical performance goals. Over time, I’ve learned that each person has their own rhythm, their own story, and their own potential — and that a coach’s mission is to bring out the best in them.
My professional journey began within the INSEP infrastructure, an environment rooted in excellence, discipline, and performance. This experience shaped my vision of progress, precision, and commitment. I also spent part of my career in the commercial field, which taught me what I consider the most important values of that profession: listening, transparency, the ability to truly understand people’s needs, and a deep sense of service. These experiences now guide the way I coach — human, attentive, and results-driven.
Sports have always been at the center of my life. I’ve practiced a wide range of disciplines: team sports, ball sports, combat sports, and individual practices. This variety has given me a broad understanding of how the body moves and how the mind supports performance. It also fuels my versatility, creativity, and ability to adapt each session to the person in front of me.
My values are built on respect — for oneself, for one’s limits, and for one’s goals — but also on perseverance, honesty in effort, and the desire to grow without losing balance. I believe in commitment, but also in harmony. Discipline matters, but never at the cost of personal well-being. Training should elevate, not exhaust.
My coaching style reflects who I am: supportive yet demanding, energetic and precise, focused on both well-being and performance. I aim to optimize every session for the best possible outcome, without compromising enjoyment, fluidity, or safety. Efficiency should always remain connected to the human experience.
If I were to summarize my approach, it would be this: coaching grounded in experience, shaped by a diverse professional journey, rooted in strong values, and driven by the desire to help every person become a stronger, more confident, and more balanced version of themselves.
